Norman Web Studio is a one-person web design studio operated by Norman Baquedano. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what your choices are. Questions: normanjosuebaquedanosanteli@gmail.com.
Who this covers
This policy applies to visitors of normanwebstudio.com, to clients of Norman Web Studio, and to our internal publishing tool used to upload videos to our own TikTok account.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us. If you call, text, email, or submit a form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, and message you choose to provide.
- Basic site analytics. Aggregate page views and referral sources. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.
- TikTok account data. Described in the section below.
TikTok Content Posting API
We operate an internal tool that uploads videos we produce to our own TikTok account (@vayapues504). It is not a product offered to the public, and it does not post on behalf of any third party.
- What we access. With the account owner's authorization, we request the minimum scopes needed to upload a video file to that account and to confirm the upload succeeded. We do not request or read followers, direct messages, comments, or analytics about other users.
- What we store. OAuth access and refresh tokens, stored locally on the operator's own computer with restricted file permissions. Tokens are never shared, transmitted to third parties, or committed to source control.
- What we upload. Only videos created by Norman Web Studio, together with their caption text. Videos are delivered to the account's drafts for a human to review and publish.
- What we do not do. We do not collect data about other TikTok users, do not scrape the platform, do not sell or share any TikTok data, and do not use TikTok data for advertising or training models.
- Revoking access. Authorization can be withdrawn at any time from TikTok's account settings, or by emailing us. On revocation, stored tokens are deleted.
How we use information
To reply to enquiries, deliver and maintain client websites, send invoices, and operate our own social media account. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that make the work possible, such as website hosting and email delivery, and only to the extent needed. We may disclose information when required by law.
Retention
Client and enquiry records are kept while the working relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting purposes. API tokens are kept only while the integration is in use and are deleted when access is revoked.
Security
Credentials and tokens are stored with restricted permissions on the operator's device and are excluded from backups that leave that device. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is little to expose.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email normanjosuebaquedanosanteli@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
