Terms of Service

These terms cover the website normanwebstudio.com, the web design services provided by Norman Web Studio, and Vaya Pues Publisher, our internal publishing tool. Norman Web Studio is a sole proprietorship operated by Norman Baquedano.
Website services
- Scope, price, and timeline for each project are agreed in writing before work starts.
- Hosting and maintenance are billed monthly or annually and may be cancelled by either side with 30 days' notice.
- On full payment, the client owns the content and design of their site. Reusable code and components we develop remain ours to reuse.
- Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the content, images, and claims they ask us to publish, and for holding the rights to any material they supply.
Vaya Pues Publisher
Vaya Pues Publisher is a private, internal tool. It uploads videos produced by Norman Web Studio to our own TikTok account (@vayapues504) as drafts. It is not offered to the public, has no other users, and does not post on behalf of anyone else.
- It uses the TikTok Content Posting API under the account owner's own authorization, with the
video.uploadscope only. - Every upload is delivered to drafts. A person reviews each video inside TikTok and decides whether to publish it.
- We use it only in line with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Access can be revoked at any time from TikTok's settings.
Content standards
Videos we publish are based on public news sources and are reviewed by a person before release. We do not publish content we believe to be false, defamatory, or otherwise in breach of TikTok's Community Guidelines. Where a story is unconfirmed, we say so.
Payment
Invoices are due on the date stated. Work may be paused on overdue accounts. Monthly plans renew until cancelled.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms such as hosting providers or TikTok. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
